NOVELTY - Producing high-strength dye-free cotton sewing thread comprises (i) subjecting natural fiber to textile processing to obtain natural fiber line A, (ii) adding polyacrylamide, graphene, bamboo charcoal fiber, zinc stearate, emulsifier, antibacterial agent and antioxidant to the polyester fiber to obtain mixture B, (iii) mixing the mixture B into the internal mixer, heating to 45-60 degrees C for 30-45 minutes to obtain mixture C, (iv) spinning the mixture C to obtain composite fiber line D, (v) subjecting the natural fiber line A and the composite fiber line D to yam and twisting operation to obtain mixed fiber line E, and (vi) hot pressing the mixed fiber line E to obtain high-strength sewing thread F. USE - The method is useful for producing high-strength dye-free cotton sewing thread. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; and can efficiently obtain high-strength dye-free cotton sewing thread; The high-strength dye-free cotton sewing thread has excellent touch, high strength, good wear resistance and antistatic.
