NOVELTY - A bio-based polyurethane rigid foam comprises 100 pts. wt. konjac powder-polyol composite, 1-6 pts. wt. P-N-hyperbranched organosilicone-modified graphene, 100-180 pts. wt. isocyanate, 5-30 pts. wt. water, 1-5 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.1-3 pts. wt. amine catalyst and 0.1-3 pts. wt. tin catalyst. USE - Bio-based polyurethane rigid foam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bio-based polyurethane rigid foam is free from halogen, and has high mechanical strength, excellent flame retardance, thermal stability and biodegradability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bio-based polyurethane rigid foam.
