▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has a first layer e.g. carbon nanotube layer, that is configured to generate heat in response to an applied voltage. A second layer is configured to emit the blackbody radiation spectrum in response to the heat from the first layer. A thermal spreading layer is provided between the first layer and the second layer. The thermal spreading layer includes a graphene sheet that reduces a spatial variation of the heat in a plane of the thermal spreading layer. USE - Apparatus e.g. calibration apparatus, for producing blackbody spectrum. ADVANTAGE - The multiple graphene sheets reduces the non-uniformity in the spatial variation of heat. The ability of the thin film structure to provide multiple calibration wavelengths enables a smaller and lighter calibration apparatus design. Since the thin film structures are able to reach equilibrium temperatures in relatively short time, the need to maintain the thin film structure at the equilibrium temperature during non-calibration times is avoided. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a film for generating a blackbody radiation spectrum; and (2) a method for producing a blackbody radiation spectrum.
