▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A sulfonated nitrogen-doped graphene-modified electrode comprises substrate electrode, and graphene-doped nitrogen-treated pyrenetetrasodium sulfonate attached to the substrate electrode. USE - Sulfonated nitrogen-doped graphene-modified electrode is used for detecting uric acid, xanthine, and hypoxanthine (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfonated nitrogen-doped graphene-modified electrode has excellent electrochemical response. Uric acid is detected using the electrode at a linear detection range of 9x 10-6 to 1x 10-3 mol/l and detection limit of 3.3x 10-7 mol/L. Xanthine is detected using the electrode at a linear detection range of 8x 10-6-8x 10-4 mol/L, and detection limit of 8.4x 10-8 mol/L. Hypoxanthine is detected using the electrode at a linear detection range of 8x 10-6-2x 10-4 mol/L, and detection limit of 2.3x 10-7 mol/L.
