NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly polypropylene composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-20 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyphosphoramidate, 2-4 pts. wt. itaconic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)methacrylamide, 2-4 pts. wt. allyl succinimidyl carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. bis(1-vinylimidazol-2-)one, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - Used as environmentally friendly polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally friendly polypropylene composite material has excellent mechanical and mechanical property, sufficient flame retardancy, heat resistance and aging resistance, excellent environmental protection and performance stability, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of environmentally friendly polypropylene composite material, comprising uniformly mixing the raw materials, adding it to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding to obtain final product.
