NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphene into first dispersion medium and forming graphene dispersed solution. A carbon nanotube is dispersed into second dispersion medium for forming carbon nanotube dispersion liquid. The carbon nanotube dispersion liquid is filtered by a vacuum filter in which a filter cloth is mounted. The carbon nanotube is selectively embellished by the filter cloth. A carbon nanotube buckypaper is obtained. The graphene dispersed solution is radiated in two sides of the carbon nanotube buckypaper. Thickness of the carbon nanotube buckypaper is about 70-200 mm. USE - Method for manufacturing an electrode of an ultra capacitor (claimed) e.g. electrical double layer capacitor (EDLC) or ultra capacitor, utilized for a toy, a solar energy storage unit and a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing the graphene so as to improve conductivity and provide high specific surface area. The method enables reducing resistance of the electrode and increasing discharge capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an ultra capacitor.
