The graphene and tourmaline are used as auxiliary agents and polyurethane chips as master batches in melt-spinning process, where tourmaline is Xinjiang tourmaline, and the mass ratio of graphene to tourmaline is 1.5-4. The graphene and tourmaline is groubded, and anhydrous ethanol is used as a solvent, according to a mass fraction of 10-15%, and then n-propylamine is added, ultrasonically assisted to mix uniformly, and spray-drying. The process adopts a cotton yarn size of 26-36 inch cotton combed yarn, wherein the yarn ratio is 90-98% of the cotton yarn, and the functionalized spandex yarn is 1.8-3.0%.
