▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A antibacterial composition against Pseudomonas aeruginosa preparing method involves carbonising a dry leaves of Colocasia esculenta, developing graphene nanomaterials from the carbonized dry leaves of Colocasia esculenta via modified hummer's method, and integrating tin oxide nanoparticles to obtain graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite as antibacterial composition, where the carbonizing comprises pyrolysis of the dry leaves of Colocasia esculenta, and the integration of the tin oxide nanoparticles with the graphene nanomaterials enhances antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. USE - Method for preparing antibacterial composition against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an antibacterial composition against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, comprising graphene nanomaterials integrated with tin oxide nanoparticles to form graphene-tin oxide nanocomposite, where the graphene nanomaterials is prepared from the carbonized dry leaves of Colocasia esculenta.
