NOVELTY - Graphene conductive anticorrosive paint comprises 50-70% epoxy resin, 0.1-1% dispersant, 10-20% organic solvent, 4-8% filler, 1-5% coupling agent, 10-20% hardener and 1.5-4% graphene oxide-p-phenylenediamine-carbon nano-tube composite. The graphene oxide-p-phenylenediamine-carbon nano-tube composite comprises graphene oxide, p-phenylenediamine and acidified multi-walled carbon nano-tubes with a mass ratio of 1:(7-10):(2-3). The organic solvent is non-protonic polar solvent. USE - The paint is useful for subway stray current. ADVANTAGE - The method plays an excellent role in physical isolation and hinder the penetration of water and corrosive ions into steel materials by forming a protective layer and improves the corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising adding the multi-walled carbon nano-tubes into a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid and heating under reflux to obtain acidified multi-walled carbon nano-tubes, mixing graphene oxide with p-phenylenediamine in a mass ratio of 1:(7-10), adding aqueous ammonia solution, heating under reflux to obtain reduced graphene oxide grafted with p-phenylenediamine, mixing the reduced graphene oxide grafted with p-phenylenediamine and the acidified multi-walled carbon nanotubes, heating under reflux, and vacuum drying to obtain a graphene oxide-p-phenylenediamine-carbon nano-tube composite and uniformly mixing the raw materials.
