NOVELTY - A graphene sheet organic dispersion is manufactured by preparing graphene oxide water dispersion containing water-soluble compound which has 9,9-bis(substituted aryl) fluorene structure and graphene oxide, carrying out reduction-processing to graphene oxide water dispersion and obtaining graphene sheet water dispersion, carrying out centrifugal settling of graphene sheet, collecting after mixing graphene sheet water dispersion and organic solvent and obtaining graphene sheet organic dispersion. USE - Manufacture of graphene sheet organic dispersion used for heat dissipation graphene sheet structure (claimed). Can also be used for thermal radiation material. ADVANTAGE - Graphene sheet organic dispersion is low-cost and be simply manufactured at high concentration. Heat dissipation is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) heat dissipation graphene sheet structure comprising dried material of graphene sheet organic dispersion; and (2) manufacture of heat dissipation graphene sheet structure which involves applying and drying graphene sheet organic dispersion on substrate.
