NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material with friction resistance comprises dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide polar solvent, adding dimethyl 4,4-diphenyl ether tetracarboxylate, nadic anhydride and 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether to N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing silane coupling agent with transparent liquid, heating in oil bath, cooling, washing with absolute ethanol, filtering, dispersing silane coupling agent-graphene oxide mixed solution to obtain mixed solution, adding nano diamond, deionized water and absolute ethanol, adding mixed solution, heating in oil bath, cooling, washing with absolute ethanol, filtering for five times, drying to obtain composite of nano diamond and reduced graphene oxide, adding composite material to polyimide solution, dissolving composite in polyimide solution, adding polyimide solution with different concentrations of nano diamond and reduced graphene oxide composite, coating on steel block and firing. USE - The method is used for preparation of composite material with friction resistance. ADVANTAGE - The thermosetting polyimide wear-resistant coating modified by nano diamond loaded reduced graphene oxide has lower friction coefficient and advantages of wear resistance and wear reduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of composite material with friction resistance comprises dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide polar solvent, adding dimethyl 4,4-diphenyl ether tetracarboxylate, nadic anhydride and 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether to N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing silane coupling agent with transparent liquid, heating in oil bath, cooling, washing with absolute ethanol, filtering, dispersing silane coupling agent-graphene oxide mixed solution to obtain mixed solution, adding nano diamond, deionized water and absolute ethanol, adding mixed solution, heating in oil bath, cooling, washing with absolute ethanol, filtering for five times, drying to obtain composite of nano diamond and reduced graphene oxide, adding composite material to polyimide solution, dissolving composite in polyimide solution, adding polyimide solution with different concentrations of nano diamond and reduced graphene oxide composite, coating on steel block and firing.
