NOVELTY - Method for preparing polyvinyl alcohol/graphene conductive hybrid fiber, involves (i) dissolving silane coupling agent in solvent, reacting, adding nano-iron(II,III) oxide, continually reacting to obtain nano-iron(II,III) oxide/silane coupling solution, adding graphene, reacting, washing to obtain magnetic nano-migrating unit, (ii) dissolving magnetic nano-migrating unit and polyvinyl alcohol in a solvent to form a solution, and obtaining spinning dope, shearing magnetic field offset through capillary in nitrogen environment, carrying out solidification, washing, drying and winding. USE - Method for preparing polyvinyl alcohol/graphene conductive hybrid fiber based on wet spinning magnetic field induced migration technology. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, and the polyvinyl alcohol/graphene conductive hybrid fiber with low graphene content and high conductivity can be obtained by the process of inducing offset in the shear flow by magnetic field. The polyvinyl alcohol/graphene conductive hybrid fiber inhibits brittle phenomenon of high concentration material, has high conductivity, radial gradient distribution, and excellent anisotropic properties and sensing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing polyvinyl alcohol/graphene conductive hybrid fiber, involves (i) dissolving silane coupling agent in a solvent, reacting, adding nano-iron(II,III) oxide, continually reacting to obtain nano-iron(II,III) oxide/silane coupling solution, then adding graphene, reacting, washing to obtain magnetic nano-migrating unit where the concentration of silane coupling agent solution is 0.01-0.03 g/ml and mass ratio of nano-iron(II,III) oxide, graphene and silane coupling agent is 1-2:1:1-3, (ii) dissolving magnetic nano-migrating unit and polyvinyl alcohol in a solvent to form a solution, and obtaining spinning dope, shearing magnetic field offset through capillary in nitrogen environment, carrying out solidification, washing, drying and winding to obtain polyvinyl alcohol/graphene conductive hybrid fiber where the mass ratio of magnetic nano-migrating unit and polyvinyl alcohol is 1:27-1:50, and the concentration of magnetic nano-migrating unit solution is 3.8-6.8 mg/ml. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for apparatus for preparing polyvinyl alcohol/graphene conductive hybrid fiber based on wet spinning magnetic field induced migration technique.
