▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Silicon-tin-graphene composite electrode material comprises silicon particles, tin particles and graphene sheets, where the silicon particles and tin particles are simultaneously loaded on the graphene sheet, the particle size of the silicon particles is 20-60 nm, the particle size of the tin particles is 50-100 nm, and the mass fraction of tin to silicon-tin is 5-50%. USE - The electrode material is useful in cathode of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode material: inhibits the powdering of silicon particles, which improves the cycle stability of silicon-based electrodes; provides electrical contact with silicon on the silicon surface even if the silicon particles are broken, which improves its conductivity; has high energy density, high reversible capacity, excellent cycle stability, and excellent electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing silicon-tin-graphene composite electrode material comprising (i) immersing the nano-silicon with tin(IV) chloride solution, and carrying hydrogenation reduction to obtain silicon-tin composite, (ii) dispersing the silicon-tin composite preparing in step (i) in aqueous solution of poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane-sodium chloride for adsorption, and centrifugal separating to obtain solid particles, (iii) adding the solid particles prepared in step (ii) into graphene oxide solution and stirring, separating the solid by centrifugation, freeze-drying the solid, carrying out high-temperature hydrogenation reduction treatment to obtain final product.
