▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heterogeneous laminate comprises graphene (1) and a thermoelectric inorganic compound (2) disposed on the graphene. USE - The heterogeneous laminate is useful: in a thermoelectric element of a thermoelectric module which is useful in a thermoelectric apparatus (all claimed); in a cooling device (e.g. a refrigerant-free refrigerator or an air conditioner); and for a waste heat generation, thermoelectric nuclear generation e.g. for aircraft or space purposes, or for a micro cooling system. ADVANTAGE - The heterogeneous laminate has increased Seebeck effect and electrical conductivity and thus has improved thermoelectric conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a thermoelectric module, comprising a first electrode, a second electrode and a thermoelectric element interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, where the thermoelectric element comprises the heterogeneous laminate; (2) a thermoelectric apparatus, comprising a heat source and the thermoelectric module; (3) manufacturing a heterogeneous laminate, comprising disposing graphene on a substrate, and disposing a thermoelectric inorganic compound on the graphene to manufacture the heterogeneous laminate; and (4) manufacturing a thermoelectric module, comprising interposing the thermoelectric element between the first electrode and the second electrode to manufacture the thermoelectric module.
