NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid material comprises processing carbon nanotubes and graphene microchips in concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid; taking azobisisobutyronitrile and acryloyl chloride monomer and carrying out atom transfer radical polymerization to give pale yellow solution; taking hydroxylated nanotubes and graphene microchips, filling with nitrogen, adding 1,4-dioxane, and dispersing; and slowly adding pale yellow solution, reacting, neutralizing with triethylamine, vacuum distilling, washing with dry tetrahydrofuran, filtering, and drying. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, strong operability, good repeatability, less pollution, short reaction period, and easy production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of three-dimensional carbon nanotube/graphene hybrid material comprises processing carbon nanotubes and graphene microchips in concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid; taking azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator and acryloyl chloride monomer and carrying out atom transfer radical polymerization to give pale yellow solution; taking 50-100 mg hydroxylated nanotubes and 50-100 mg hydroxylated graphene microchips, filling with nitrogen in flask, adding 100-200 mL 1,4-dioxane, and dispersing for 1 hour at room temperature; and slowly adding pale yellow solution, reacting at 80 degrees C for 48 hours, neutralizing with triethylamine to pH 7, vacuum distilling, washing with dry tetrahydrofuran, filtering, and drying.
