NOVELTY - Waterproof UV resistance safety rope coating comprises 15-25 wt.% polyurethane, 10-15 wt.% silicone waterproofing agent, 1-5 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene, 3-5 wt.% ultraviolet absorber, 5-10 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-5 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.05-0.5 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.05-1.5 wt.% emulsifier, 0.05-0.5 wt.% drier, 1-5 wt.% ethylene glycol butyl ether and remaining amount of water. USE - The waterproof UV resistance safety rope coating is useful in ocean area offshore operation platform, lighthouse and harsh outdoor environment. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is easy to use; extends shelf life of rope; and has wear resistance and anti-aging effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of waterproof UV resistance safety rope coating comprising (i) taking polyurethane, silicone waterproofing agent, polytetrafluoroethylene, ultraviolet absorber, graphene, carboxymethyl cellulose, antifoaming agent, silane coupling agent, emulsifier, drier and ethylene glycol butyl ether, adding water, dispersing and mixing at not less than 800 revolutions/minute for greater than or equal to 2.5 hours, and (ii) uniformly coating on cable rope and drying at 75-85 degrees C for 5-20 minutes.
