The multilayer graphene layer serves to induce plasmon bonding between the nanostructure layer and the upper electrode at the same time plays a role of carrier generation by light. USE - Multilayer graphene-based optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The device overcomes the trade-off of response time and maximizes each performance independently.
