NOVELTY - Preparing graphene alloy composite material comprises (i) taking expandable graphite as raw material, performing expansion treatment and acidification ultrasonic peeling to obtain graphene; (ii) ultrasonically dispersing graphene in water, maintaining the ultrasonic oscillation, adding silver ammonia solution, cerium nitrate solution and hydrazine hydrate solution, reducing reaction to obtain silver-cerium modified graphene composite material; (iii) adding silver-cerium modified graphene composite material obtained in the step (ii) into aqueous tetrahydroxy phenyl porphyrin nano-rod dispersion, ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing to obtain pre-dispersion; and (iv) adding urea into aqueous phosphoric acid solution, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding dispersion, and heat treating. USE - The material is useful for preparing electromagnetic shielding aqueous paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has wide electromagnetic shielding spectrum, good electromagnetic shielding effect and good dispersibility in water.
