NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide by stable electrolysis, comprises immersing graphite electrode after intercalation in the isolation protection solution in a two-phase liquid in which the barrier protection solution and the electrolyte are incompatible, gradually entering the electrolyte, placing the counter electrode in the electrolyte, applying a voltage between the intercalated graphite electrode and the counter electrode, and carrying out the oxidative peeling by electrification, separating the solid phase material from the incompatible two-phase liquid, shearing, peeling, cleaning and carrying out acid removal. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide by stable electrolysis used for high molecular composite material, filtering film material, high heat conducting material, medicine and catalyst carrier and super capacitor material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide product does not contain metal impurities. The graphene oxidation degree is controllable. The electrolysis process is stable, the electrolyte will not be affected by moisture, and it can be continuously produced for a long time.
