▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An organic light-emitting transistor comprises gate electrode, gate insulating layer, first electrode, active layer and second electrode. The gate electrodes, the first electrode and the second electrode are transparent. The active layer comprises hole transport layer, light emitting layer and electron transport layer laminated in turn. The source electrode adopts carbon nano-tube, nano-silver wire or single-layer graphene film. The drain electrode is made of alloy of magnesium and silver. USE - Organic light emitting transistor is useful for display device e.g. organic light emitting diodes and organic field effect transistors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic light emitting transistor can realize the double-surface light emitting of the organic light emitted diode, so as to realize double-faced display of the display device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a manufacturing method of organic light emitting transistor.
