▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-carbon nanotube-nano-tin dioxide three-dimensional composite material is prepared by adding 120-160 mg graphene oxide as solute and 100 mL deionized water as solvent, adding 12-16 mg stannous chloride and 60-100 mg multi-walled carbon nanotube, mixing and stirring, performing ultrasonic reaction at 25-40 degrees C and ultrasonic power at 100-300 W for 1-2 hours to obtain carbon nanotube precursor, performing hydrothermal treatment at 120-300 degrees C for 6-72 hours and slowly cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing graphene-carbon nanotube-nano-tin dioxide three-dimensional composite material used for manufacturing supercapacitor, field-effect transistor, lithium-ion battery or fuel cell device (claimed).
