NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene loaded molybdenum carbide nanoparticles composite structure involves mixing ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate, glucose and sodium chloride in deionized water to obtain a mixed solution, freeze-drying the mixed solution to obtain homogeneous mixed solid raw material and subjecting the resulting solid raw material to carbothermal reduction reaction process under hydrogen/nitrogen mixed gas environment.
