▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The laser has ridge waveguide (12) which is covered with covering layer (13). The ridge waveguide is provided with a first isolation dielectric layer (15), the first graphene layer (16), the third isolation dielectric layer (18), a second graphene layer (19), fifth isolation dielectric layer (21). The fifth isolation dielectric layer is arranged with ridge rectangular waveguide (24). The first graphene layer and the second graphene layer are inter digital electrode structure. The inter digital electrode is periodically arranged. USE - Tunable laser based on graphene FP cavities. ADVANTAGE - The packaging cost of the device is reduced. The tuning rate of the device is improved. The tuning speed of the laser is improved. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross sectional view of the tunable laser.
