▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A silver/graphite/graphene sliding electrical contact material is prepared by mixing graphite and first asphalt uniformly, adding first silver powder, and ball-milling for 3-26 hours to obtain first mixture; mixing graphene with second asphalt uniformly, adding second silver powder, and ball-milling for 3-26 hours to obtain second mixture; and mixing first and second mixtures to obtain third mixture, press-molding at 300-600 MPa, vacuum-sintering at 940-960 degrees C for 10-50 minutes, cooling to obtain billet, extruding billet at 600-800 degrees C and 600-1200 MPa, and drawing or rolling. USE - Silver/graphite/graphene sliding electrical contact material. ADVANTAGE - The material has simple preparation, and uses asphalt to improve interface wettability and distribution state of graphite and silver matrix. The material also has self-lubricating property and good conduction.
