NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant preparation comprises a coating liquid, which is prepared using 30.2-36.8 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 3.6-4.8 pts. wt. copper oxide, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. hexagonal boron nitride, 10.2-11.6 pts. wt. ferroferric oxide, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. potassium chloride, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. cobalt oxide, 6.8-7.6 pts. wt. graphene dispersant, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 20.6-26.6 pts. wt. deionized water, 10.2-11.2 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 8.6-9.6 pts. wt. cyclohexanone and 2-4 pts. wt. solvent oil. USE - Corrosion resistant preparation for spiral steel pipe. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant preparation is capable of effectively and economically preparing the spiral steel pipes with high corrosion resistance and improved service life and without any oxidation reaction with the outside air, and increases the use intensity of the coating liquid thus increasing the service life of the pipe, and prevents the pipe from being damaged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a mwthod for preparing corrosion-resistant preparation for spiral steel pipe, which involves: (1) weighing the components of corrosion-resistant preparation (2) placing 30.2-36.8 pts. wt. phenolic resin in a reaction kettle, uniformly mixing at 200℃ and 6-8 Mpa, and standing for 3 hours to obtain modified phenolic resin; (3) mixing, and placing 3.6-4.8 pts. wt. copper oxide, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. hexagonal boron nitride, 10.2-11.6 pts. wt. ferroferric oxide, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. potassium chloride, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. cobalt oxide and 6.8-7.6 pts. wt. graphene dispersant in a reaction kettle, and stirring for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 100-120℃; (4) sequentially putting 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 20.6-26.6 pts. wt. deionized water, 10.2-11.2 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 8.6-9.6 pts. wt. cyclohexanone and 2-4 pts. wt. solvent oil into a reaction kettle, stirring, and standing for 2-3 hours to obtain coating liquid; (5) uniformly spraying the prepared coating liquid onto the surface of the spiral steel pipe through a paint spraying machine, standing for 1 hour after a layer of oil film is formed on the surface of the spiral steel pipe on the standing surface, and then performing secondary paint spraying treatment until a second layer of oil film is formed on the surface, and finishing the spraying operation of spiral steel pipe.
