▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fabricating a dispersion of graphene particles or sheets in a liquid medium (L), comprises: (a) providing a bar or block (5) of solid material M made of graphite; (b) rubbing the material M on the surface S (2) of a substrate to create a trace of scraping of the material M on the surface S (2) of the substrate; and (c) dipping the substrate in a liquid medium L and subjecting liquid medium L to ultrasound to obtain a dispersion of graphene particles or sheets in the liquid medium L, where the steps (b) and (c) can be carried out at least in part successively or simultaneously. USE - The process is useful for preparing the dispersion of graphene particles/sheets in liquid medium. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and inexpensive for preparing the dispersion of graphene particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing graphene particles or sheets comprising the preparation of the dispersion of the particles or sheets of the graphene, followed by one or more steps in which recovering the particles or sheets of graphene from the suspension; and (2) a device for carrying out the process comprising: a means capable of holding the bar or block of solid material M; a substrate provided with a surface S contacted with the bar or block (5) of solid material M; a shifting means to generate a relative shifting between solid material M and the substrate; means of regulating and/or controlling the force of pressure for regulating, consistently maintaining and/or measuring the pressure between the solid material M and surface S of the substrate during the relative shifting; a fluid reservoir for immersing at least partially the surface S in a liquid phase; an ultrasound generator for subjecting the liquid to the ultrasound effect; and optionally a means of draining for continuously or periodic draining of the fluid reservoir to remove the liquid phase. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic representation of the device for carrying out the process, using a return means (such as a spring). Shifting means (1) Surface (2) Means capable of holding the bar or block of the solid material (3) Means of regulating and/or controlling the force of pressure (4) Bar or block of the solid material.
