▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene electrothermal film comprises (i) mixing and grinding graphene and surfactant, then carrying out hydrophilization treatment, uniformly mixing graphene after hydrophilization treatment in deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing graphene to obtain a graphene solution, (ii) adding the polyacrylate emulsion to graphene solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain the graphene mixed slurry, (iii) adding an auxiliary agent to the graphene mixed slurry obtained in step (ii), and dispersing to obtain a homogeneous dispersion, (iv) adding aqueous polyurethane and aqueous epoxy resin to the homogeneous dispersion, stirring and mixing to obtain the graphene electrothermal film slurry, and (v) spraying the graphene electrothermal film slurry to obtain finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene electrothermal film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has high structure stability, excellent flexibility and long service life.
