▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-electromagnetic radiation based graphene foam/polydimethylsiloxane/tungsten trioxide complex force-sensitive structure comprises (i) using chemical vapor deposition to grow the graphene foam on the foam nickel to synthesize a graphene macrostructure with a three-dimensional foam-shaped network, (ii) mixing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and curing agent in a ratio of 10:1 to obtain mixed solution, dropping the mixed solution into tungsten oxide powder, where the ratio of PDMS and tungsten oxide powder is 1:1, adding ethyl acetate for dilution to prepare diluted PDMS solution, where the ratio of PDMS and ethyl acetate is 1:10, (iii) immersing the graphene foam into the diluted PDMS solution under vacuum conditions for 30 minutes, (iv) solidifying the composite material at 100°C for 1 hour, coating PDMS on the surface of the graphene, and (v) etching foam nickel substrate with a 10% hydrochloric acid solution at 80°C for 24 hours and cutting into desired shape. USE - Used as anti-electromagnetic radiation based graphene foam/polydimethylsiloxane/tungsten trioxide composite with force-sensitive structure. ADVANTAGE - The composite force-sensitive structure has good conductivity and flexibility, and reduces to 25 dB under the stress of 1000 Kpa of electromagnetic shielding coefficient.
