▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An ionic organic compound (I) is new. USE - New ionic organic compound for nano carbon-material dispersion liquid, composite solid and for manufacturing the nanocarbon-material film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Orientating the nano carbon material by easy wet process has reduced cost when ionic organic compound is used. d Fine patterning of the orientated nano carbon-material film can be performed without using microfabrication processes, such as special orientation process or lithography. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An ionic organic compound of formula (I) is new. X=C(=O) or O; Y'=NH, O or C(=O); A=1-2 aromatic ring or cycloalkane where the aromatic ring may have a substituent and a condensed ring, where when the number of aromatic rings or cycloalkane is two, the aromatic ring or cycloalkane may be bonded by single bond through an amide group, ester group, ether group, urea group, urethane group, azo, or ethenyl group; R1=single bond or 1C or 2C alkyl; D=monovalent anion; B'=formulae (B-1)-(B-5); and R2=1-10C alkyl group. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) nano carbon-material dispersion liquid comprising dispersing agent which uses the ionic organic compound as an active ingredient, a nano carbon material, and water, and dispersion medium which is greater than or equal to 1 of organic solvent; (2) composite solid comprising ionic organic compound and nano carbon material; (3) orientation method of nano crbon material which involves dripping nano carbon-material dispersion liquid on a base material, orientating a nano carbon material in parallel with the direction which applied the force of the fixed direction to the dripped nanocarbon-material dispersion liquid, and applying force; and (4) manufacturing the nanocarbon-material film which involves application process which drips the nano carbon-material dispersion liquid on a base material, applies the force of a fixed direction to the dripped nanocarbon-material dispersion liquid, and applies the nano carbon material on base material, light irradiation process of forming the nano carbon-material film orientated in parallel with the direction which irradiated the light of predetermined wavelength after the application process in greater than or equal to 1 portion of the nanocarbon-material dispersion liquid on base material, and applies the force on the base material.
