NOVELTY - Anti-friction anti-wear solid lubricant comprises 6-15 pts. wt. graphite and/or molybdenum disulfide, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.1-1 pt. wt. titanium dioxide particles, 30-70 pts. wt. 30% polyamide-imide resin, 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. polypropylene glycol-modified silicone having molecular weight of 500-800, and 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. double reactive polysiloxane. USE - Anti-friction anti-wear solid lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has anti-friction and anti-wear properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lubricant comprising taking all raw materials except polyamide-imide resin, pre-processing, adding into planetary ball mill, grinding for 40 minutes, reacting with isocyanate or amide in polyamide-imide resin, and filtering using 100 meshes filter.
