NOVELTY - Integrated distillation assembly, comprises honeycomb activated carbon, photo-thermal film covered one side of the honeycomb activated carbon having hole channel, and heat insulation material covered around the honeycomb active carbon, where the photo-thermal film is obtained by adsorbing the photo-thermal material on dust-free paper. The photo-thermal material is composed of carbon black, graphene, disulfide, and carbon nanotubes. The disulfide is molybdenum disulfide. USE - The integrated distillation assembly is useful for distillation apparatus; and simultaneously increasing evaporation rate of seawater in photo-thermal distillation and reducing volatilization of seawater phenol into condensed and desalinated water (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The integrated distillation assembly: can efficiently absorb solar energy by different light-to-heat conversion materials and wrap the heat-insulating material thus that the heat does not diffuses to the bottom seawater, which greatly improves the light-to-heat conversion efficiency; and can continuously absorb and transport seawater to ensure the evaporation rate.
