NOVELTY - A flexible supercapacitor comprises a flexible substrate (S1), an electrode (E1) formed on substrate (S1), a flexible substrate (S2), an electrode (E2) formed on substrate (S2), and an electrolyte layer located between electrodes (E1) and (E2). The electrolyte layer has an outer periphery formed by solidification of an electrolytic solution having a self-encapsulation function. The electrolytic solution is in a liquid state in the outer periphery. USE - Flexible supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The flexible supercapacitor can be randomly cut, has improved conductivity, and realize improved self-encapsulation after cutting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flexible supercapacitor, which involves forming electrodes (E1) and (E2) on substrates (S1) and (S2), scraping the electrolyte with a self-encapsulation function on at least one of electrodes (E1) and (E2), attaching electrodes (E1) and (E2) opposite to each other, and maintaining still under predetermined conditions to form the electrolyte layer.
