NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant polypropylene resin comprises 40-99 pts. wt. polypropene resin, 10-30 pts. wt. modified basalt fiber, 0.1-3 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.5-0.1 pts. wt. antioxidant. The modified base fiber is loaded with graphite on surface of base fiber. The load rate of the graphite is 30-60%. USE - The corrosion-resistant polypropylene material is used for production of interior and exterior trim parts of automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant polypropylene material: utilizes the modified basalt fiber that is more convenient to feed when modifying, and has better uniformity of retention length in the resin matrix, and better material stability; and utilizes the oxidized graphene nano-particle that is capable of generating chemical bonding with it through the surface of the fiber, which greatly improves the surface roughness of the base fiber, the interface of the PP resin and the fiber better, further improving the material strength; utilizes oxidation graphene that has excellent corrosion resistance; and has long service life in complex environment, and can effectively prevent corrosion of corrosive substances such as acid and alkali and salt mist, the erosion channel is difficult to form, so as to effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the material.
