NOVELTY - Preparation of alpha -ferric oxide quantum point/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material comprises taking hydroxyl-containing organic compound, adding deionized water, stirring and mixing to obtain organic matter solution; taking alkali source and inorganic iron aqueous solution, adding organic matter solution and stirring to form homogeneous transparent liquid; adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically treating and stirring to obtain suspension; and adding into hydrothermal reaction kettle, reacting, naturally cooling, centrifuging, washing with deionized water, washing with ethanol and drying. USE - Method for preparing alpha -ferric oxide quantum point/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, simple device, low reagent cost, high safety and no toxicity. It is suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of alpha -ferric oxide quantum point/nitrogen-doped graphene composite material comprises: (A) taking hydroxyl-containing organic compound, adding deionized water at ratio of 1 g: (0.5-1 mL), stirring and mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain organic matter solution; (B) taking alkali source and 0.05-0.5 mol/L inorganic iron aqueous solution, adding organic matter solution and stirring for 5-10 minutes to form homogeneous transparent mixed liquid; (C) adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically treating for 0.3-2.0 hours and stirring for 2.0-4.0 hours to obtain stable suspension; and (D) adding into hydrothermal reaction kettle, reacting at 100-200 degrees C for 5-36 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing with deionized water for 3 times, washing with ethanol for 2 times and drying at 50 degrees C for 12 hours.
