NOVELTY - A back water surface anti-seepage coating comprises aqueous epoxy emulsion comprising 55-67 pts. wt. water-soluble epoxy resin, 17-23 pts. wt. linear acid, 8-11 pts. wt. linear ester and 5-10 pts. wt. aromatic compound, an initiator which is benzoyl peroxide, modified filler and additive. The epoxy value of the water-soluble epoxy resin is 0.15- 0.23 eq/100 g less than 60, the softening point is 60-82℃, and the weight of the initiator is 5.9-8.5% water-soluble epoxy resin. USE - Back water surface anti-seepage coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Back water surface anti-seepage coating ensures using water-based epoxy emulsion which has excellent performance, improves the water solubility, instead of a gel-like substance, and using in the coating system, it has high hardness, excellent impact toughness, and maintains a stable state for a long time, increases the performance and yield of the product system. The method ensures doping graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide with cerium or titanium metal elements, which improves the hardness and brittleness of the coating, and improves the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating, especially water resistance and acid and alkali resistance, which prolongs the time of corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of back water surface anti-seepage coating material, which involves (s1) adding water-soluble epoxy resin to a mixed solution composed of alcohol and ether, heating at 100°C, adding linear acid, linear ester and aromatic compound under nitrogen atmosphere, and reacting for 5.8-6.3 hours to obtain aqueous epoxy emulsion, (s2) preparing modified filler, and (s3) mixing aqueous epoxy emulsion, modified filler and additive, and stirring.
