▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of high iron product involves (i) mixing iron ore fine, biomass, binder, nanomaterial, additive and catalyst in an intensive mixer, (ii) performing at least one step selected from agglomeration and carbothermal reduction, and (iii) performing at least one step selected from solid-solid separation, carbothermal reduction and agglomeration. USE - Manufacture of high iron product used for reduction and melting furnaces such as blast furnace, alto-furnace and electric arc furnace (all claimed) for producing iron and steel. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, produces high iron products with high flexibility, physical and metallurgical performance, utilizes different source of iron ore fines such as sinter feed, pellet feed and ultrafine tailing, and reduces greenhouse gas emission in the iron and steel producing chain. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for high iron agglomerated product obtained from the above process, which has chemical, physical and metallurgical qualities and a diameter of 8-150 mm, 6-20% of carbon and 40-60% total iron.
