NOVELTY - A fully biodegradable modified material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. polybutylene adipate terephthalate, 8-10 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. modified starch, 12-16 pts. wt. shell powder, 0.8-1 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - The fully biodegradable modified material used for producing carbon dioxide and water. ADVANTAGE - The full biodegradable modified material: utilizes PBAT, PLA, modified starch and shell powder as main raw material, where the mixing of PBAT and PLA effectively ensures the good processing performance of the fully-degradable material, convenient for subsequent blow molding, processing, and good heat resistance and impact resistance; and utilizes the modified starch that improves the tensile effect of the material, ensuring the good physical performance stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of fully biodegradable modified material, which involves grinding the shell powder and putting it in a calcining furnace for calcining, taking out and grinding and crushing to obtain calcined scallop powder for use, mixing polybutylene adipate terephthalate and polylactic acid, using high speed mixer to stir uniformly, then adding coupling agent and compatilizer, continuously stirring uniformly to obtain premix for further use, adding the premix mixed modified starch into a double-screw extruder, heating and mixing by partition, after extruding and cooling, cutting to obtain raw material particles for further use, adding the raw material particles into the double-screw extruder, heating and mixing, then extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain the full biodegradable modified material.
