▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The assembly has a passivation layer coated with silicon dioxide. An anti-reflection adjusting layer is formed on a silicon substrate by perforation of graphene. A surface of the silicon substrate is in contact with the graphene after carrying out passivation treatment to form a light trapping structure. A comb- shaped or S-shaped arrangement surface electrode is formed on the silicon substrate by through holes and combined with the graphene. Single-layer or multi-layer total thickness of the graphene is 30-60 nm. USE - Photoelectric conversion assembly for a solar battery of a power supply device (all claimed).
