NOVELTY - A magnesium aluminate-graphene composite refractory material comprises 65-70 pts. wt. fused magnesia particles, 15-20 pts. wt. fused magnesia powder, 8-12 pts. wt. magnesium aluminate-graphene composite powder, 2-4 pts. wt. graphite, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum-magnesium alloy, 2-4 pts. wt. silicon powder and 3-5 pts. wt. resin binder. USE - Magnesium aluminate-graphene composite refractory material. ADVANTAGE - The refractory material has uniformity of matrix structure by adding magnesium aluminate-graphene composite powder, and has high oxidation resistance and dispersibility of graphene, and the refractory material has high strength, thermal conductivity, low rate, thermal shock stability and excellent resistance to slag corrosion. The preparation method is simple in operation and helps to prepare a low carbon refractory material with excellent comprehensive performance.
