▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A composite material is manufactured by (1) forming a Pickering emulsion comprising a continuous liquid phase (1), a discontinuous liquid phase (2), and two-dimensional (2D) material, where the discontinuous liquid phase comprises a polysiloxane and a curing agent; (2) leaving the Pickering emulsion in a sealed system for sufficient time to partially cure the polysiloxane; and (3) allowing any remaining liquid to evaporate. USE - Manufacture of composite material used for strain sensor and pressure sensor (all claimed). Can be used as electrodes for energy storage devices such as supercapacitors and batteries. ADVANTAGE - The sensitivity of strain gages is sufficiently high that they can be used to track the respiration rates and pulses of people wearing the device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) making a composite material which involves (1) forming a Pickering emulsion comprising a continuous liquid phase (1), discontinuous liquid phase (2), and 2D material; where the continuous liquid phase comprises a polysiloxane and a curing agent; and (2) allowing the polysiloxane to partially cure; and (2) Pickering emulsion comprising a continuous liquid phase, discontinuous liquid phase, and 2D material; where the continuous liquid phase comprises a polysiloxane and a curing agent. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the droplet within a Pickering emulsion. Continuous liquid phase (1) Discontinuous liquid phase (2) Solid particle (3)
