▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous conductive ink comprises 0.1-1.0 wt.% wetting dispersant, 0.05-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, 10-20 wt.% conductive component, 4-8 wt.% polythiophene with a hydrophilic group on a side chain, 2-4 wt.% aromatic hyperbranched polyester, 0.6-1.2 wt.% N-sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.8-1.5 wt.% guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0-20 wt.% aluminum oxide, 0-20 wt.% kaolin, 30-60 wt.% silicone resin emulsion, 0.1-1 wt.% bactericide, 0.1-1 wt.% thickening agent, and balance is deionized water. The conductive component comprises a carbon nanotube material, a few-layer graphene material and a multi-layer graphene material. USE - Aqueous conductive ink for medium-high temperature electric heating. ADVANTAGE - The ink is printed on high temperature resistant substrates such as polyimides (PI) film/board, mica board, ceramic board by silk screen printing, and gravure printing. The surface heating electric heating equipment is produced under the high temperature environment of 200-350degrees Celsius. The conductive film formed by the ink is flexible and bendable.
