▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene thin film material is claimed. USE - Used as graphene thin film material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; comprises vacuum filtration process, which ensures integrity of the material; comprises high temperature carbonization, which improves conductivity and specific capacity values of the product material. The graphene thin film material has good performance in electrical conductivity and electrochemical applications (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: (1) preparation of the graphene film material, comprising preparing graphene oxide film by vacuum filtration method, and high temperature carbonization; and (2) conductive graphene thin film material, prepared by mixing natural graphite, obtaining graphite oxide solution by modified Hummers method, (b) ultrasonically stripping the graphite oxide solution to obtain graphene oxide solution, (c) taking a part of graphene oxide solution to be centrifugally processed, vacuum filtering the supernatant, filtering via a membrane filter, oven drying to obtain graphene oxide film (d) impregnating the graphene oxide film in acetone solution to remove micro-porous filter film, and (e) subjecting the graphene film to high temperature carbonization treatment to further improve the conductivity of the graphene film.
