NOVELTY - Powder comprises thermoelectric material core portions (20), and a graphene oxide shell portion (30) coated on the surface of the core portion. USE - The powder is useful for producing thermoelectric material as sintered body of thermoelectric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric powder has core-shell structure (claimed), less degree of deterioration under high temperature for longer time, and adhesive strength, and improves heat resistance and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) thermoelectric material comprising a thermoelectric material powder, and a graphene oxide located at the grain boundary between the thermoelectric material grains is consolidated by sintering; (2) producing powder, comprising (a) preparing the thermoelectric material core portion, and (b) forming a graphene oxide shell portion on the surface of the core portion; and (3) producing thermoelectric material, comprising (i) preparing the thermoelectric powder having core-shell structure, and (ii) sintering.
