NOVELTY - Phenolic resin comprises 100-150 parts mass phenolic resin, 30-50 parts mass boric acid, 10-16 parts mass graphene, 30-40 parts mass tung oil, and 30-50 parts mass barium phenolic resin. USE - The phenolic resin is used for abrasive tool materials. ADVANTAGE - The phenolic resin meet the needs of the intensity grinding operation. The method is simple and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the phenolic resin comprising (a) mixing phenolic resin powder, adding boric acid to the powdered phenolic resin, and heating at 180-200degrees Celsius, after it is completely dissolved, the stirring speed is 40plus minus5 rpm, and stirring the mixture for 30-60 minutes to obtain a phenolic resin solution, (b) to the phenolic resin solution in step (a), adding graphene, stirring and mixing for 40-60 minutes at a stirring speed of 40plus minus5 rpm, adding tung oil, stirring and mixing for 30-40 minutes, at a stirring speed of 40plus minus5 rpm, (c) after distilling and condensing the phenolic resin solution in step (b), obtaining a modified phenolic resin, (d) placing nano-copper oxide into the primary modified phenolic resin in step (c), and heating at 180-200degrees Celsius for 3 hours, after cooling, obtaining the secondary modified phenolic resin, which is filtered and purified to obtain the target product.
