NOVELTY - A rubber material comprises 50-60 parts mass nitrile rubber, 35-45 parts mass ethylene propylene diene rubber, 10-15 parts mass diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and 2-4 parts mass graphene oxide. USE - Rubber material for oil-resistant washers, gasket, casing, flexible packaging, and soft hoses. ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has high elasticity, material strength, and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of rubber material, which involves putting nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene rubber, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and graphene oxide in closed mixer, mixing at 105-110 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, transferring mixture to pressure type internal mixer, performing mixing at high temperature of 80-90 degrees C and high pressure of 5-10 MPa for 20-30 minutes, vulcanizing compacted mixture using flat plate vulcanizer, air-drying at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, and cooling to normal temperature.
