NOVELTY - Graphene data line, comprises e.g. a power adapter connector, a graphene data connection cable, the charging connector, temperature switch, where graphene data connection cable respectively connected to power adapter connector and charging connector. The temperature switch is set on power adapter connector. The graphene data connection cable includes a sheath, a twisted data line core and triangular separating plate. The twisted data line core arranged in sheath, the triangular separating plate divides jacket forming three respectively receiving cavity of the twisted data line core. USE - Used as graphene data line. ADVANTAGE - The data line as high conductivity, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, good mechanical performance, strong flame resistance, and has long circulation service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene data line, comprises a power adapter connector, a graphene data connection cable, the charging connector, temperature switch, where graphene data connection cable respectively connected to the power adapter connector and the charging connector. The temperature switch is set on the power adapter connector. The graphene data connection cable includes a sheath, a twisted data line core and triangular separating plate. The twisted data line core arranged in the sheath, the triangular separating plate divides the jacket forming three respectively receiving cavity of the twisted data line core. The twisted data line inside of the gap between the core and the sheath is filled with elastic filling strip. The twisted data line core comprises two data copper wire; the two data copper wire are coated with a shielding insulation layer, and shielding insulating layer coated on the outer surface of graphene, a single-side aluminum foil layer covering two the graphene layer outer surface. The gap between the graphite layer and the single side aluminum foil layer inside is filled with elastic filling strip. The shielding insulation layer is 4-vinyl benzyl chloride-vinyl diethyl phosphate-maleic anhydride copolymer through linking function of polypyrrole, acid-doped copper, sodium and zinc borate ion exchange to form the cross-linked polymer.
