NOVELTY - The light emitting device package has multiple graphene layers that transmit the light emitted from the active layer (300). The active layer is formed on the primary conductivity type semiconductor layer (200). Multiple metal particles (m) such as silver, gold, zinc, aluminum and silicon of the nanounit are arranged between multiple graphene layers (G). The light emitted from active layer is transmitted by graphene layer so that surface plasmon resonance is increased in the interface between metal particle surface layer and graphene layer. USE - Light emitting device package. ADVANTAGE - Since surface plasmon resonance is increased between metal particle surface layer and grapheme layer, the luminous efficiency and optical extraction efficiency can be improved. The heat performance can be improved by the metal particle layer and multiple graphene layers. The damage of the light emitting device can be prevented.
