NOVELTY - Composite nylon fabric is formed by weaving graphene-modified nylon fibers comprising single-layer graphene grafted with 6 molecules of nylon, nano carbon black and free nylon 6, where the nano carbon black comprises high-dibutylphthalate-value nano carbon black and low-dibutylphthalate-value nano carbon black. The low-dibutylphthalate-value nano carbon black is added in an amount of 3-5 times (mass ratio) of the high-dibutylphtalate-value nano carbon black. The mass ratio of nano carbon black to graphene is (1.5-3.2):(0.04-0.24). The content of graphene in the fabric is 0.04-0.24%. The number average molecular weight of the free nylon 6 is 12000-40000. USE - Composite nylon fabric. ADVANTAGE - The nylon fabric has long-acting antistatic property, excellent spinnability and stable performance, is cost-effective and reduces industrial difficulty. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nylon fabric involving (a) adding 5 parts mass modified graphene aqueous dispersion and 0.05-0.3 part mass molecular weight regulator to 100 parts mass caprolactam melt, stirring and uniformly mixing at a high speed of 300-500 rpm at 80 degrees C to obtain a dispersion liquid, where the modified graphene is single-layer graphene with oxygen-containing functional groups with carboxyl group and hydroxyl group on the surface, and has a carbon-oxygen ratio of 2.5-6, and has a concentration of 1-6 %mass, (b) mixing the low-dibutylphthalate-value nano carbon black and the high-dibutylphthalate-value nano carbon black in a mass ratio of (3-5):1, adding 1.5-3.2 parts mass mixed nano carbon black to the dispersion liquid and dispersing by an emulsion homogenizer at 80 degrees C, (c) heating the dispersion liquid at 250-270 degrees C in a polycondensation reaction kettle under the protection of nitrogen, reacting at 0.1-0.5 MPa for 3 hours, reacting under vacuum for 4 hours to obtain a polymer melt and subjecting the polymer melt to water-cooling granulation to obtain an antistatic composite nylon chip, and (d) carrying out high-speed spinning on the chip at the speed of 1000-4000 rpm and weaving, where the temperature of the melt is maintained at 250-320 degrees C, and the draw ratio of 4-6 times.
