NOVELTY - Roll coating printing aqueous ink involves taking oxidation graphene, adding deionized water, dispersing for 20-40 minutes, adding modified chitosan, glacial acetic acid, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding, deionized water dispersing for 20-40 minutes to obtain the oxidized graphene-chitosan solution, coating the oxidized graphene-chitosan solution on the polyvinyl chloride wall paper, adding half amount of acrylic resin, ethanol, isopropanol, adding pigment, mixing uniformly, grinding, adding the rest half of acrylic resin, ethanol, isopropanol, adding de-foaming agent, water, stirring for 30-50 minutes, adding dispersant, stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain the aqueous ink, coating the aqueous ink on one side of the polyvinyl chloride wall paper by rolling coating device, drying the coated PVC wall paper for 20-30 minutes, and rolling to obtain product. USE - Method for roll coating printing aqueous ink used in wall paper field, after coating glue on one side of the wall paper, where the glue penetrate into the ink layer to affect the use performance of the ink. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent friction resistance, water resistance, adhesion fastness and anti-bacterial properties.
