NOVELTY - Preparation of surface-modified oriented nanofiber-containing graphene film involves dispersing graphite oxide in water for 180-240 minutes, obtaining 1-2 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion, etching glass substrate with piranha solution for 2-3 hours, washing with ethanol and water, etching with toluene solution of 3-aminopropyltriethylsilane for 20-40 minutes, washing with toluene, ethanol and water are washed to obtain silanized glass substrate, adding the substrate to graphene oxide dispersion, forming graphene oxide film on surface of silanized glass substrate by lift coating method at pulling speed of 500-600 nm/second, carrying out orientation electrospinning on surface of the graphene oxide film using polyacrylonitrile spinning solution as electrospinning solution and metal needle, placing in solution of hydrazine hydrate in N,N-dimethylformamide, reducing for 40-50 hours, and subjecting to oxygen plasma etching treatment. USE - Preparation of surface-modified oriented nanofiber-containing graphene film used as carrier for directional differentiation and differentiation of cultured cells in bio applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of surface-modified oriented nanofiber-containing graphene film having excellent adhesiveness and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of surface-modified oriented nanofiber-containing graphene film involves dispersing graphite oxide in water for 180-240 minutes, obtaining 1-2 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion, etching glass substrate with piranha solution for 2-3 hours, washing with ethanol and water, etching with toluene solution of 3-aminopropyltriethylsilane for 20-40 minutes, washing with toluene, ethanol and water are washed to obtain silanized glass substrate, adding the substrate to graphene oxide dispersion, forming graphene oxide film on surface of silanized glass substrate by lift coating method at pulling speed of 500-600 nm/second, dissolving polyacrylonitrile in N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring at 160-200 rpm and 45-65 degrees C for 45-15 hours, defoaming to obtain polyacrylonitrile spinning solution with concentration of 10-20%, carrying out orientation electrospinning on surface of the graphene oxide film using polyacrylonitrile spinning solution as electrospinning solution and metal needle with an inner diameter of 0.5 mm at 1-3 mL/hour, 1500-2500 rpm and 14-16 kV for 10-20 seconds, placing in solution of hydrazine hydrate in N,N-dimethylformamide, reducing for 40-50 hours, and subjecting to oxygen plasma etching treatment.
